Momnificent Group Coaching
Group Coaching, as the name implies, is a process by which a certified life coach works with a group of individuals. The members of the group are all working on common goals, and usually share common characteristics as well. Group coaching allows individuals to receive the benefits of coaching as well as the camaraderie and support of other group members, all for a significantly lower investment than personal coaching.

Momnificent® currently offers two group coaching programs for moms. Group coaching will be conducted over the telephone utilizing a telephone bridge line. This enables moms from all over the world to participate together. Each group coaching program will run for 6 months and will follow this format.
  • 1st phone call of the month will follow a planned curriculum on a specific topic as outlined below - handouts will be provided for taking notes
  • Assignments will be given to help you put what you learned into action in your life
  • 2nd phone call of the month will be a follow up call to celebrate individual successes, brainstorm solutions to individual challenges, and to receive coaching on issues relating to the current monthly topic
  • All calls will be recorded and live CDs will be mailed to each member of the group, along with an outline of the curriculum in the event you are unable to attend a live session.
  • If you are unable to make a monthly session call, questions can be emailed prior to the 2nd phone call, and I will do my best to answer those questions, depending on the needs of the members that are present on the live calls.
After reviewing the two group coaching programs available, please fill out an interest form. The interest form, in no way, obligates you to participate in the program. It is merely a way for me to organize possible groups for moms to be a part of.
Momnificent BALANCE Group Coaching Program In this group coaching program, mothers will learn and practice all the tools necessary for living a balanced life. Goal setting and time management techniques will be taught so that moms can create their personal definition of life balance. Patterns of perfectionism, procrastination and boundary setting will be explored to ensure success with maintaining that balance. In the end, moms will begin clearing out the clutter that gets in the way of experiencing everyday peace and balance.

Duration of Program: 6 months (Each month consists of two 60-75 minute telephone calls)

  • Month 6: Decluttering Your Environment - Creating Space for Balance and Order

Momnificent PEACE Group Coaching Program In this group coaching program, mothers will look at what it takes to create a peaceful and happy family life for everyone. Moms will start by learning important ways to practice self-care to eliminate stress and be an effective leader in their family. By identifying her life purpose, a mom will create a clear vision of what she wants her family life to look like. Building healthy relationships that support a peaceful and happy life will be explored, in addition to essential parenting skills that will help moms raise happy, healthy, responsible and confident children.
